Results-oriented leader with 20 years’ experience in sourcing, purchasing & sales, supply chain, vendor & customer management, leadership, culture-harvesting, problem solving and delivering results. Skilled at fostering strong relations (internally and externally) and utilizing complex negotiation strategies to optimize activities while maintaining strict cost and compliance controls. Expertise managing globally positioned teams, vendors, and customers; negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier/customer payments; and envisioning systematic process improvements to reduce cost (increase sales) and maximize efficiency. Honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corps Veteran & proud Operation Iraqi Freedom II War Veteran.  This venture represents a significant diversification for me, exploring uncharted territories where I aim to apply my knowledge in innovative ways and create additional value. The decision to expand into this new area is driven by a passion for growth and learning, and I’m eager to face the challenges and opportunities this adventure will bring. Mr. Oullette oversees all Metro Detroit, MI  projects. 

Evan is a self-motivated construction professional. He has a well-rounded background in the construction industry, which includes roles at a senior-level and includes overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. Serving as a bridge between the client, the project team, and senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. He is very detailed oriented and strives to deliver on meeting the established goals of any projects.

Mr. Cyr oversees all Bay Area, CA projects. 

Larry rounds out our team with nearly 20 years of industrial, commercial, and residential construction expertise. His careers prior to Fidelis seated him managing construction activities on assignment throughout North America, South America, Australia, and Europe. This diverse geographic career as well as his cultural experience has shaped him into the person we rely on today. Management of projects of values as much as $369,000,000 through his career. 

No matter the size of the budget he takes a detail oriented, fiscally responsible approach with a safety-first mindset. 

Mr. Bartell oversees all Tri-State, NY projects.
